I need my papers serving today. Can you help?

More often than not the answer is yes! If you have a really
urgent service then please contact us before instructing
us. We will confirm our availability and the cost of service
beforehand.

I need you to collect the papers from our offices. Can
you help?

Yes, we can arrange for collection of the papers from you.
There is a small charge for doing so.

Do you only cover North Wales?

No, we belong to Process Server Networks that cover
every part of the Country

How much do you charge?

£ 25.00 per hour for the first 2 hours,
1/4 hr billing thereafter + Mileage @ 45p per mile.
Preparation and Swearing of Affadavit £15.00.
Phone Costs @ £1.67 per call.

Can you Photograph or video the serve?

Yes we can - DPA/RIPA restrictions may apply

At what times will your Process Servers call?

We will call at whatever time is necessary to catch your
subject. Many services we make are done outside normal
business hours.

Do you guarantee service will be made?

No, it's impossible for us to guarantee that your papers will
be served. If your subject is evading us then we normally
prepare an affidavit that can support an application for
substituted
service.

Will I receive an affidavit of service?

We will prepare either a affidavit of service, certificate of
service or a statement of service as appropriate in a court
approved format.

The Principal has at various times since 1980 been involved in Process Serving and
Investigative work having worked throughout the United Kingdom and
Worldwide on Process Serving, Accident Investigation, Asset Recovery, Missing
Persons and Child Recovery cases.
Holds Btec Level 3 in Surveillance & Private Investigation & SIA Licence
Fully insured and registered with the Data Protection Registrar.
